The privacy policy describes the rules for processing information about you, including personal data and cookies, i.e. cookies.
Article 1. Principle of privacy protection
- The administrator of personal data is the Community of the Word of God, Our Lady of Mercy and the Queen of Peace at the Divine Mercy Parish in Stary Sącz, 12 Podegrodzka Street.
- The personal data administrator attaches great importance to the protection of the privacy and confidentiality of users' personal data (website).

- The administrator selects and applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data with due diligence.
- Full access to databases has the owner of the internet domain rozancowe-jerycho.pl and people authorized by the Administrator for verbal or written authorization, as well as people or entities cooperating with the owner of the website.
- The Inspector of Personal Data Protection is the owner of the company GRAFIKA INTERNET KOMPUTERY pawgaw.pl Paweł Gawlik, located in Chełmiec (33-395), 22b/1 Szeroka Street, being the support and administrative entity for IT and external administration. Personal data may be entrusted to another entity, consulting, hosting services.

- The administrator protects personal data against unauthorized disclosure of criminal data, as well as against their control in violation of the law.
- Visitors of rozancowe-jerycho.pl can view the content posted on the website without providing personal data.
- Personal data is processed by the Administrator in accordance with the provisions of law, including in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") in order to:
- conclusion and performance of the contract concluded on the terms specified in the Website's regulations (pursuant to Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR);
- answering Internet users' questions related to the website and its functioning (pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);
- using the newsletter service, including sending commercial information, on the basis of expressed consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR);
- fulfillment of legally binding obligations on the Data Administrator, pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR (e.g. accounting and tax obligations);
- pursuing or securing claims (pursuant to art.6 par.1 lit.f GDPR).
- Providing personal data is voluntary, however, the consequence of not providing data may be, depending on the case, the inability to use the services provided by rozancowe-jerycho.pl, the inability to obtain answers to the questions asked, or the inability to receive the newsletter, etc.
- The user should not provide the Administrator with personal data of third parties. However, if he provides such data, he always declares that he has the appropriate consent of third parties to transfer the data to the Administrator.
- The administrator processes the scope of data provided by the user in the content of the issue addressed to the Administrator.
- The data provided by users is used only for: telephone or electronic contact, if such data is provided, for the purpose of providing the service and for sending commercial information and the newsletter. The data is also used for statistical purposes (Google Analytics).
- The administrator uses IP addresses collected during internet connections for technical purposes related to server administration. In addition, IP addresses are used to collect general, statistical demographic information (e.g. about the region from which the connection is made, age, gender, time of connection to the website, information searched for).
- The user is obliged to provide complete, up-to-date and true data.
- Each user whose personal data is processed by the Administrator has the right to access their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object to data processing based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator, the right to withdraw consent in any at the moment without affecting the lawfulness of processing (if the processing takes place on the basis of consent), which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
- The use of the rights specified in the paragraph above may be carried out by sending an appropriate request to the address administrator@rozancowe-jerycho.pl, providing the user's name and e-mail address.
- The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if he considers that the processing of his personal data violates the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Regulation.
- User data may be made available to entities authorized to receive them under applicable law, including the competent judicial authorities.
- Personal data may be transferred to entities processing them at the request of the Administrator, i.e. partners providing technical services (developing and maintaining IT systems and websites).
- Personal data will not be transferred to a third country / international organization or other third parties, especially for marketing purposes.
- Personal data is used only to provide answers to the inquiry and information in accordance with the submitted inquiry.
- Personal data is not disclosed to third parties, except for the situation described in Art. 5, point 1 and 2.
- Personal data is not subject to profiling and is not used in any other, similar way.
- Personal data will be kept only for the period necessary to achieve the specific purpose for which they were sent or for the purposes of complying with the law.
- If the user has consented to the use of personal data in connection with the use of the newsletter or another service, personal data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.
- Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner by the Administrator.
